Explore Indiana’s Growing Clinical and Genomic Data Resource
Indiana’s Life Sciences Health Data Asset now has a name: Provena Consortium.
Join AnalytiXIN and BioCrossroads FrameWORX for a virtual Spotlight Series introducing the consortium and the partners building it.
Provena Consortium is a consent-based clinical and genomic data resource created through a partnership among Indiana University, IU Health, Eli Lilly and Company, and the Indiana Health Information Exchange. It brings together whole-genome sequencing and longitudinal clinical information, with the ability to recontact participants for future research and clinical trial opportunities.
More than 90,000 participants have consented to date, with a goal of reaching 250,000 by early 2029.
During the session, attendees will:
- See a live demonstration of the Provena Consortium research portal
- Learn how researchers, life sciences companies and other institutions can engage with the resource
- Explore how the consortium is supporting clinical trial enrollment, precision medicine and cross-institutional research
- Hear what is ahead as the resource continues to grow
Speakers include:
- Darshan Shah, EVP, Data and AnalytiXIN, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership
- Yunlong Liu, PhD, Professor of Medical and Molecular Genetics, Indiana University School of Medicine
- Brooke Patz, Senior Project Manager, Indiana Biobank
- Tim Ryan, Vice President of Outcomes Research, Diabetes, Obesity and Complications Research, Eli Lilly and Company
This session is especially relevant for life sciences researchers, industry partners and health system leaders across Indiana.
Presented by AnalytiXIN in partnership with BioCrossroads FrameWORX.
