Join BioCrossroads on Thursday, December 3, for FrameWORX: Advancing Indiana’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Workforce. This program will bring together employers, educators, workforce partners, and community leaders for a practical conversation about the talent needed to support continued growth across both sectors.

The discussion will examine where demand is changing, which roles and skills are becoming more important, and how education and training pathways can respond. Speakers will also explore what is already working across Indiana, where gaps remain, and how stronger alignment can help employers reach qualified talent while connecting more Hoosiers to high-opportunity careers.

The program will be followed by networking with leaders working across Indiana’s life sciences, healthcare, education, and workforce communities.
