Indiana’s Innovation Clusters

Industry clusters share common markets for their end products, use similar technologies and depend on common labor force skills. Clusters enhance rivalry leading to new products and services and result in sustainable competitive advantages for firms within them.

Indiana possesses three life sciences industry clusters – in Indianapolis, Bloomington and Warsaw – along with related start-ups concentrated near its major universities. 

Speakers and panelists will provide updates as to the latest in the clusters and governmental and private efforts to further sustain them.

Indiana Life Sciences Collaboration Conference Series: Advancing Life Science Research through an Exploration of Drug, Medical Device and Healthcare Quality

This research conference will examine life science quality challenges in light of the dramatic marketplace changes currently being experienced in today’s economy. Content will include three keynote addresses from academic, industry and regulatory experts. 

We will also have several academic research paper presentations, accompanied by a best paper award of $500. There will also be significant time for networking to help foster collaborative connections between life science companies, regulators and academic researchers.
