Artificial intelligence is changing how life sciences and healthcare leaders discover, develop, manufacture, commercialize and deliver innovation. The 2026 BioCrossroads Life Sciences Summit will explore what that transformation means for Indiana and how the state’s companies, universities, healthcare systems and entrepreneurs are helping shape what comes next.

Under the theme, Empowering Indiana’s Innovation Engine: Harnessing AI for Life Sciences Advancement, the Summit will bring together leaders applying AI across the full life sciences continuum, from research and development to advanced manufacturing, commercialization, clinical care and patient delivery. Through expert panels, student case studies, interactive demos and working sessions, attendees will examine practical use cases, emerging tools and the partnerships needed to turn AI-driven ideas into real impact.

The program will also address the responsibility that comes with AI adoption. Conversations will explore data governance, transparency, bias, trust and ethical implementation, with a focus on how Indiana can advance innovation in ways that are practical, responsible and patient-centered.
