Please join us for the next BioCrossroads Frameworx event where we’ll share the findings of a report that examines the Indiana Clinical and Translational Science Institute’s progress, profiling a diverse array of accomplishments in translational science, community engagement, and education and workforce development. The report released by BioCrossroads notes that the Indiana CTSI is one of the preeminent sites, widely recognized as a leading participant in the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) groundbreaking Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) program.

From its robust network of academic, industry and non-profit partners to its clear emphasis on meaningful community engagement, the Indiana CTSI is well positioned to positively impact the health of Hoosiers and beyond.

In this session, Dr. Anantha Shekhar, Director of the Indiana CTSI, and Debra Lappin, Principal at Faegre Baker Daniels and co-author of the report, will provide a deeper understanding of the Indiana CTSI and compare its progress with five other CTSA organizations across the country. They’ll also provide insight on how the Indiana CTSI is positioned to take advantage of and respond to emerging expectations in translational science.

This Frameworx session will take place on November 12, 2015, at D’Amore on the 48th floor of the Chase Tower on Monument Circle. Registration and networking begins at 8:00 a.m. followed by the session from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. Parking is available in the Chase Tower garage off of Pennsylvania Street or on the street level at parking meters.
