You are invited to attend the BioCrossroads’ first Frameworx session of 2014 on Wednesday, February 19 from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Leveraging the Perspective of Young Professionals to Cultivate Engagement and Loyalty to Indiana.

In an effort to engage, attract and retain young professionals to Indiana, IndyHub and Walker Information conducted a comprehensive survey to help gain a better understanding of the motivation and drivers of young professionals today. The survey explored topics including loyalty to Indianapolis, loyalty to employers, and level of civic engagement. The findings revealed young professionals in the area share similar lifestyle qualities including being highly educated (53% achieved college degree; 26% a graduate degree) and are gainfully employed (87% FTE). Come and find out what it takes to entice and retain young professionals to the area and to your company.

Molly Chavers, Executive Director of IndyHub, will uncover key findings of the survey then lead a discussion with a panel comprised of young professionals and leading employers to explore ideas for Indiana to focus on engaging, attracting and retaining talented individuals. Panelists include:

This Frameworx session will take place at D’Amore the 48th Floor of Chase Tower at 111 Monument Circle in Indianapolis. Networking over coffee, tea and muffins will start at 8:00 a.m. and the event will end at 10:00 a.m. Parking is available on the street level and in the garage located on Pennsylvania between Ohio and Market.
