In the next BioCrossroads Frameworx session on Wednesday, September 10, we’ll showcase the global health activities happening right here in our state and learn how such activities are impacting Hoosiers and economic development. Katherine Taylor, Director of Operations and Interim Director of Global Health Training at the Eck Institute for Global Health at Notre Dame will provide an overview of the collaborative activities among both academia and industry followed by a panel of global health professionals including:

  • Andrew Dahlem, Vice President, Lilly Research Laboratories Operations, LRL Europe, Eli Lilly and Company
  • Thomas Inui, Joe and Sarah Ellen Mamlin Professor of Global Health Research, Indiana University School of Medicine
  • Richard Kuhn, Professor and Head, Department of Biological Sciences, Purdue University; Gerald & Edna Mann Director, Bindley Bioscience Center
  • Thomas Turi, Vice President, Science & Technology, Covance Inc.

Please join us on September 10 for this Frameworx session which will take place at D’Amore the 48th Floor of Chase Tower at 111 Monument Circle in Indianapolis. Networking over coffee, tea and muffins will start at 8:00 a.m. and remarks start at 8:30.  Parking is available on the street level and in the garage located on Pennsylvania between Ohio and Market.
