INDIANAPOLIS (September 11, 2023) – BioCrossroads, Indiana’s catalyst for life sciences innovation, is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as its President and CEO. This pivotal role will be central to advancing Indiana’s burgeoning life sciences sector, connecting with key stakeholders across corporate, academic, and philanthropic landscapes. The President and CEO will be responsible for steering BioCrossroads’ diverse portfolio of programs, from biopharma manufacturing industry growth to talent development, and sharing our message with a global audience. Collaborating closely with the BioCrossroads Board of Directors, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), and other strategic initiatives under the CICP umbrella, the chosen candidate will act as the primary spokesperson and public advocate for Indiana’s life sciences community.
The President and CEO will also serve as the chair of the investment committee for the Indiana Seed Funds and represent CICP to the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute, among other critical organizations. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong organizational management capabilities to make a significant impact on both the health of patients around the world and the economic health of Indiana.
